Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yalla DJ Music (operated by Yalladj FZE), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Purchases & Downloads

When you purchase music from Yalla DJ Music:

  • All prices are displayed in AED with approximate currency conversion shown for reference.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a one-time download link for your purchased files.
  • It is your responsibility to download and back up your files. Re-downloads are not guaranteed.
  • All sales of digital music files are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for exceptions.

5. Personal Use License

When you purchase music from us, you receive a personal use license. This means:

  • You may listen to and use the music for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You may use purchased tracks in private DJ sets and personal playlists.

You may NOT:

  • Upload, share, or distribute the music on any platform (YouTube, SoundCloud, social media, etc.).
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the music files in any form.
  • Use the music in commercial projects, advertisements, or broadcasts without a separate commercial license.
  • Claim ownership of any track purchased from Yalla DJ Music.

6. VIP Subscriptions

VIP subscriptions provide access to exclusive content and private WhatsApp groups. By subscribing:

  • You will be billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Upgrades between plans are prorated. Downgrades are not available — you must cancel and resubscribe.
  • VIP content and WhatsApp group access are subject to the same personal use restrictions as purchased music.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, leak, or redistribute any music or VIP content.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our website.
  • Attempt to bypass payment, download restrictions, or security measures.
  • Harass, spam, or disrupt other users or our team.
  • Use our platform for any illegal activity.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service.
  • Share or redistribute purchased music or VIP content.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
  • Use the platform in a way that harms our business or other users.

In the event of termination, you will lose access to your account, purchases, and any active VIP subscription. No refund will be issued for terminated accounts.

9. Intellectual Property

All music, artwork, branding, website design, and content on Yalla DJ Music are owned by Yalladj FZE or our licensed artists. Nothing on this site grants you ownership of any intellectual property. Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Yalla DJ Music is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to ensure the site runs smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free downloads, or that all content will remain available indefinitely.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yalladj FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or inability to access purchased content.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
