1. Digital Music Purchases
All sales of digital music files on Yalla DJ Music are final and non-refundable.
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once a transaction is complete. Please preview tracks carefully before purchasing.
2. VIP Subscriptions
VIP subscription payments are non-refundable.
When you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to VIP content and WhatsApp groups until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
3. Duplicate Purchases
Our system is designed to prevent duplicate purchases. If you are logged into the same account, the website will notify you if you have already purchased a song before completing the transaction. For this reason, we do not issue refunds for duplicate purchases.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue with your download (broken link, corrupted file, etc.), we are happy to help.
Contact our support team at Support@yalladj.com and we will provide you with a new download link. Technical issues do not qualify for a refund — we will resolve the issue so you receive your files.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in your account being permanently suspended. If you have any concerns about a charge, please reach out to us first at Support@yalladj.com so we can resolve it.
6. Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion. If you believe you have a unique situation, contact us at Support@yalladj.com and we will review your case.
