Music License

1. What You Get

When you purchase a track from Yalla DJ Music, you receive a DJ Performance License. This grants you the right to use the music file for DJ performances and personal listening. You do not receive ownership or copyright of the track — all rights remain with Yalladj FZE and the original artists.

2. What You CAN Do

With your purchased tracks, you are allowed to:

• Play tracks at live DJ sets — clubs, weddings, parties, festivals, and any public event.
• Play tracks on radio — FM, online, or podcast DJ mixes.
• Use tracks in your personal playlists and private listening.
• Mix, blend, and beatmatch tracks with other music during live performances.
• Store tracks on your personal devices and DJ equipment for performance use.

3. What You CANNOT Do

You are NOT permitted to:

• Upload or distribute tracks on any platform — YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, TikTok, social media, file-sharing sites, etc.
• Resell or sublicense the music files to anyone.
• Share or transfer your purchased files to other DJs or any third party.
• Claim ownership or copyright of any purchased track.
• Use tracks in commercial productions — ads, films, TV, video games, or branded content — without a separate commercial license.
• Upload recorded DJ mixes containing our tracks to public platforms without proper licensing.
• Sample or remix tracks for new productions without a commercial license.

4. VIP Content

Music accessed through VIP subscriptions follows the same license terms as purchased tracks. VIP content must not be shared, redistributed, or used beyond the scope of this license. Access to VIP content ends when your subscription ends.

5. Commercial Licensing

Need to use our music for commercial purposes? We offer commercial licenses on a case-by-case basis for:

• Advertisements and branded content.
• Film, TV, and video productions.
• Video games and apps.
• Recorded mixes for public distribution.
• Sampling and remixing.

6. License Violations

If we discover that you have violated these license terms, we may:

• Suspend or terminate your account without refund.
• Revoke access to all purchased content and VIP subscriptions.
• Issue a takedown request on any platform where our music has been uploaded without authorization.
• Pursue legal action to protect our intellectual property.
